Fortnite Winter Royale Finals Info and Participants

The Fortnite Winter Royale qualifiers were held over the last weekend, with the top 200 scores from both North America and Europe qualifying for the $1,000,000 Winter Royale Finals.


The finals will be held online on the following dates:

  • EU FINALS STAGE 2 - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2018
  • EU FINALS GRAND FINALS - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2018


  • NA FINALS STAGE 2 - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2018
  • NA FINALS GRAND FINALS - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2018


These top 200 players will participate in another elimination round on Stage 2 of the tournament, where the top 100 scores qualify for Grand Finals on the next day. Stage 2 will consist of 5 games, while the Grand Finals will have 6.


The scoring format for the final stages of the tournament will be Big Bonus:


  • Victory Royale: +3 Points
  • 2nd-3rd Place: +2 Points
  • 4th-10th Place: +1 Point


  • 7+ Eliminations: +3 Points
  • 5-6 Eliminations: +2 Points
  • 3-4 Eliminations: +1 Point


Big Bonus: After 7 Eliminations, +1 Point will be added to each elimination.


Tiebreakers will be determined in the order presented here: total Victory Royales, total eliminations during the Event, Average Placement across all matches, total time spent alive, and finally a Coin Flip. 


At the end of stage 3, the following prizes will be awarded:

In addition to $20,000 to the player with the most kills in any single match of the Grand Finals.
