Season X Storm Racers Challenges (Fortnite Battle Pass Guide)

Mission Objectives

Gain 100 Health in the Storm

Very simple challenge to complete: stock up on healing supplies like Bandages, Slurp Juice, or Med Kits, sit in the Storm, take damage, and then start using the heals. Easy peasy.

Complete a lap of a race track

Here’s a map of all the race track locations

Here’s a video of how to complete a lap

Survive 10 Storm Phases

This is more of a time consuming challenge than a skill one. The most efficient way of completing this challenge is by instantly deploying your glider after dropping, and just slowly landing in the most remote spot near the center of the safe zone. Once you’ve finally dropped, you want to just find some small shacks and hide out in a corner.

Obviously, this proposed solution is really boring - the more fun way would be to just play out all your games and you’ll eventually complete it.

Visit the center of a storm circle

To complete this challenge quickly, drop when the Battle Bus is in the middle of its route and deploy your glider immediately. Wait until the first storm circle spawns, then glide over to the center of the circle and land right in the center.

Land on Polar Peak, a Volcano, and a hilltop with a circle of trees

Just land at these locations marked here:

Complete a time trial East of Pleasant Park or South West of Salty Springs

Both Time Trials can be completed on foot, but you should consider using a Drift Board to quickly and easily complete it. If you find yourself getting eliminated or interrupted while doing the Time Trials, Team Rumble is an ideal mode for this Challenge.

Dance at different telescopes

Here are some of the telescope locations:

All you have to do is land at one of the telescopes and dance next to one. Very easy.

Prestige Objectives

Damage an opponent in the storm

The difficulty of this challenge is finding an opponent who’s in the storm. Usually, this becomes easier at later storm circles as those are smaller and close quicker.

Our best tip for this challenge is to try to wait out the first few storm circles, and then camp the edge of the next safe zone. Make sure you have an AR or long range weapon with which you can use to tag players who are late on their rotations.

Deal 100 damage to gliding opponents

The best way to complete this challenge is in Team Rumble, as spawning enemies will be gliding back into the game. Make sure you’ve got an AR, and you’ll be able to use the first hit accuracy to slowly complete this challenge.

Deal 500 damage to opponents after the first circle closes

Team Rumble again is a great game mode to complete this challenge as you’ll have unlimited lives for dealing the 500 damage. You’ll have to wait til the first circle closes, but that’ll leave you with a fair amount of time and opportunity to complete the challenge.

Visit the center of 3 storm circles in a single match

To complete this challenge quickly, drop when the Battle Bus is in the middle of its route and deploy your glider immediately. Wait until the first storm circle spawns, then glide over to the center of the circle and land right in the center.

From there, we would suggest looking for some loot and then waiting somewhere safe until the next Storm Circle closes, then rotating to the middle of it. It might be easier to make the rotation if you manage to find a Driftboard as well. With a little bit of luck, you’ll be able to complete the challenge within a few tries using this strategy.

Deal any amount of fall damage to an opponent

Team Rumble isn’t necessarily the best game mode for this challenge, especially because it becomes very difficult to break structures and cause an enemy to fall. Instead, you’re more likely to be successful by third partying an existing fight and shooting out the build fight’s supports.

The harder part of the challenge is finding a build fight to third party - this usually becomes easier the later the game goes on. Try using some of the tips for survival provided in the rest of the guide to try to make it later!

Complete a time trial North of Lucky Landing or East of Snobby Shores

Both Time Trials can be completed on foot, but you should consider using a Drift Board to quickly and easily complete it. If you find yourself getting eliminated or interrupted while doing the Time Trials, Team Rumble is an ideal mode for this Challenge.

Dance at 2 different telescopes in a single match

Here’s a map of the telescopes again:

We would suggest using the two on the west side as the rotation between both telescopes is easier. Try to farm some resources in between both telescopes as it’ll help you climb up the hill to the next one.
